Tim Hicks – “Going Somewhere” Album Giveaway

1. Sponsor

This contest is administered by Open Road Music, Inc. (“Sponsor”), on behalf of Tim Hicks.

2. Eligibility

The contest is open to legal residents of Canada excluding the province of Quebec who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory at the time of entry.

Employees, representatives, and agents of the Sponsor, its affiliates, and immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

3. Contest Period

The contest begins on April 9, 2026 and closes at 11:59 PM (ET) on May 20, 2026.

4. How to Enter

No purchase necessary.

To enter:

• Submit your name and email through the official contest landing page

• Complete the entry form as directed

Limit of one (1) entry per person.

5. Prize

There will be a limited number of winners selected.

Each winner will receive:

• One (1) vinyl copy of Tim Hicks’ album Going Somewhere

• One (1) Tim Hicks merchandise bundle

Approximate retail value: $75–$150 CAD (depending on merchandise selection)

Prizes are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be substituted.

Vinyl records will be shipped to winners in May 2026 following availability.

6. Winner Selection

Winners will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the contest period.

The draw will take place within five (5) business days following the contest close.

7. Winner Notification

Selected entrants will be contacted via email.

To be declared a winner, the selected entrant must:

• Respond within 48 hours of notification

• Correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question

If a selected entrant does not respond in time or fails to meet requirements, another entrant may be selected.

8. General Conditions

By entering, participants agree to:

• Comply with these rules

• Allow the Sponsor to use their name for promotional purposes (if selected as a winner), without additional compensation

The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the contest at any time for any reason.

9. Release

By participating, entrants release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, and representatives from any liability arising from participation in the contest or acceptance/use of the prize.

10. Privacy

Personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of administering this contest and in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
